Hai Che is an AI leader and engineer who currently serves as the AI LLM Manager at VinsmartFuture.

In this role, he spearheads the “LLM Vietnam” initiative and oversees the deployment of large-scale AI ecosystems across VinGroup, managing high-availability systems that serve over 2 million users and automate workflows for more than 40 subsidiary companies.

Hai is a strategic AI leader and researcher dedicated to bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and robust software engineering. With a focus on the practical integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases, he specializes in architecting high-performance systems that close the feedback loop between model inference and enterprise-scale deployment. His expertise lies in transforming complex natural language processing research into seamless, automated workflows that drive organizational efficiency and system reliability.

He also has interest in investing both in stock and cryptocurrency. Hai enjoys good music, bad jokes, and writing about himself in the third person. He is also required, by law and ancient custom, to inform absolutely everyone that he has, in fact, beaten Dark Souls.
